We are passionate volunteers, each with his or her own area of expertise, all grounded in a solid background and practical experience with HOA boards and property management. We provide HOA boards, committees and owners (members of an HOA) with valuable insights and practical information on a wide range of topics that an HOA may encounter.
We facilitate connections between different HOAs – their boards, committees and members – and organise meetings. Through our information circles, we exchange knowledge and experience on topics such as: HOA board and property management, HOA procedures, decision-making, legislation and regulations, finances, subsidies, sustainability plans, the energy transition and the financing thereof. Other topics, as proposed by members, are also included in our information circles.
We pay attention to every HOA, both large and small.
We are also happy to support smaller HOAs, for example by helping them to activate
and revitalise their association.
