Energy saving and sustainability
Naturally, energy savings and sustainability are at the forefront of what we do! These are new focus areas for many, often requiring substantial knowledge and support and that’s exactly where we come in. Sustainability and energy saving within a HOA are long-term processes. You’ll be working with the board, possibly a property manager, and of course, (individual owners) and they all have to be on te same page.
With our knowledge, we can provide you with information on energy savings, energy transition, subsidies, insulation (walls, floors, roofs), replacing window frames (wood, PVC), high-efficiency glass (++ or +++), solar panels, and indoor climate solutions (ventilation, heat pumps, central heating, district heating, etc.).
