Who pays for which maintenance?
This is specified precisely in your deed of division. Common parts such as, for example, the roof, façade, foundations, pipes outside your apartment, ground-floor or upper-floor dwelling, and the lift are paid for by the Home Owners’ Association (HOA). Inside your apartment, the owner is responsible for the costs.

How does voting at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) work?
This is laid down in the deed of division and the Internal Regulations. For major decisions, a two-thirds or three-quarters majority is often required. In addition, a minimum number of members must be present. We are happy to explain this for your specific situation.

This is possible, provided they are in line with the deed and existing resolutions. We have sample texts available.
GDPR and membership lists: what is allowed?
Use personal data only for HOA purposes (management, Annual General Meetings, direct debit). Do not share data unnecessarily and store it securely. Ask us for brief guidelines.
The Professional Managing Agent does little in terms of sustainability. What now?
Put it on the agenda for discussion at the Annual General Meeting. Set up a sustainability committee and take action yourself. Or present your situation to us and we will help you.

Describe in the minutes: the number of votes out of the total number of attendees plus valid proxies, a description of the measure / decision, budget ceiling, financing (reserve fund / loan / subsidy), planning / conditions and mandate to the board.
